About Our Client

Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion within the Indian market they are looking for an experienced professional to be part of their business solutions team as senior manager and work closely with onshore team to generate business.

Job Description

Reporting into Director, you would be responsible to understand the business requirements from onshore teams and translate it into standard solutions offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate.

- You will work closely with the business development teams to create and present the solution offering to the customers.

- You would also engage with the delivery teams in healthcare operations and stay abreast of the global healthcare market and outsourcing trends.

- You would also engage with Process Excellence stakeholders and participate in due diligence exercises in creating solutions for the clients.

The Successful Applicant

- You should be a MBA with 8-12 years of relevant experience in solutioning, RFPs/RFIs etc.

- Minimum 5 years in healthcare domain is a must.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Specific experience of having driven process benchmarking efforts in healthcare operations would be preferred.

- You should have worked in a client facing role.

- You should be open to international travel on projects upto 30% of the time.
