Sr Mgr/AVP - Compensation & Benefits - KPO/IT

We have an opening with one of the leading KPO set up in Bangalore. We need someone whose role is into 100% into compensation & Benefits.

- Analyzes, assists in the development, and administration of compensation and benefit programs

- Evaluates salaried, hourly, middle and top management positions

- Consults with management in assigned areas of the company concerning matters of internal salary administration, market data, salary policy, job structure and compensation guidelines

- Maintains an ongoing effort to ensure market competitiveness with current benefit trends and legislated requirements and programs.

We will prefer candidates only from KPO/ITES background from large set ups.
