Our client is a service based company,an independent company.It has become the world leader in Quality of Life services.It ranges from food services to construction management, reception services to the maintenance of scanners and laboratory equipment, technical maintenance to leisure cruises, and housekeeping to rehabilitation services at correctional facilities... It provides clients with a wide array of on - site services.

Designation:SR. MANAGER / ASST. GEN. MANAGER – HEALTHCARE

Exp: 8 - 15years

Location:Bangalore

POSITION PURPOSE:

- Responsible for Business Development in a specific region for the Healthcare Segment ensuring that the individual delivers on the revenue and profitability targets on a consistent and sustained basis. Also responsible for establishing relationships with potential large clients and increasing market share of the organization in the segment.

REPORTS TO: General Manager – Business Development

PROFILE:

- A seasoned B2B sales professional with at least 10 – 14 years of experience selling to the Healthcare / Life Sciences and Pharma segment. B2B selling is a must.

- Demonstrated ability to win profitable business and farm existing clients with coordinating and working in a state / regional role preferably with a solutioning approach.

- Should be from medical equipment/medical disposables / surgical devices / F&B industry with strong client and industry networking and relationship building skills.

- Develop a strong working relationship with other departments and divisions within company using a collaborative working environment.

- Effective communicator with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- High level of motivation and enthusiasm and skilled at coaching and developing the team.

- Graduation in any discipline with a Management qualification is a pre - requisite. An engineer with a management qualification will be preferred.

- Computer skills with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

KEY RESULT AREA:

- Achieve business development targets from key and other accounts within the segment

- Identify growth opportunities in the segment and the region

- Prepare and own the account development plan

- Analyze competitive landscape

- Undertake budget reviews to track and control adherence to the segment / region - wise budget

- Responsible for the performance of the segment in the designated region

- Drive acquisition of large accounts by the guiding design of ‘Quality of Life’ Solutions
