Title: Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Strategy & Research – Consulting

Experience: MBA with 8 – 14 years of work experience. Candidates should have worked with a Big4 or similar strategy consulting firms.

Location: Mumbai

Role:

- Develop, maintain and establish business relations with CEOs and CxOs

- Identifying client issues, in proposing strategic solutions to the client, developing proposals and in delivering consulting engagements

- Play an active role in selected industry verticals that the Strategy sub-SBU is aligned to

- Work with the international network in market entry and cross border work with the global network

- Manage and coach the team to take the performance to the next level

- Help with practice management, knowledge development and thought leadership for the practice

- Ability to work closely with client and top management teams of clients

- Leadership in motivating the team to grow rapidly over the next 2 years

- Gravitas and ability to connect with senior clients in the CxO suite

- Excellent communication & influencing skills
