Job Description

As Sr. Manager/AD for this practice, you will report to the partner & practice lead. You will be responsible along with the partner for a PAN-India team of 30+ consultants. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing extensive CFO function domain knowledge and expertise to ensure smooth service delivery

- Managing and mentoring consulting talent

- Enable and maintain CFO level relationships across industry to develop business

- Drive the profitability of your practice area

- Build a name for yourself as a thought leader in the CFO function

The Successful Applicant

- You will possess a top tier MBA (IIM/ISB) and/or a CA professional degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Your experience should comprise a rich mixture of both industry (big 4, professional services, manufacturing) and consulting with a well renowned service provider.

- Additionally, international experience would be highly preferred. You will also demonstrate a track record of having driven profitable consulting businesses, being recognized a thought leader in the CFO function and knowledge of the finance transformation. You should also be considered a "market maker" with strong CFO level relationships. You will also have excellent communication & relationship building skills.
