Position - Senior Management : HR
Location - Ahmedabad
Experience - 10 + Years
CTC : Depending upon the current package ( Going to be for a Senior management )
Opening with a leading Media and Entertainment Company !!!
Role :
- Design & Implement HR policies and systems & ER Strategies in line with business strategy
- Strong exposure and understanding of corporate planning and implementation
- Excellent hands on experience on ERP based HRIS system.
- Expertise in the area of Compensation restructuring & benchmarking
- Responsible for engaging employees constructively with a focus on team building, talent enhancement with an objective to create positive organizational culture.
- Compensation Survey: Undertake survey for annual increment cycle across major industries in & around Vadodara & assist compensation team in C&B Activities.
- Contract labor legal Compliance: Ensure statutory legal compliances for all Contractors.
- Induction & Assistance: Provide induction to the new joinees.
- Manage Employee Communication Forums like Diagonal Slice Meeting with President & MD
- Employee Exits: Conduct exit interviews of employees & give feedback to the Management on the attrition
& issues / concerns of employees.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Responsible for CSR activities / initiatives at site.
- Employee Grievance: Ensure effective redressal of Employee Grievances & Issues
- Expertise in legal Compliance & Govt liasoning.
- Handled Recruitment and training as also performance management.
- Handled entire employee portal on front HR based on SQL and VB as backend.
- Set up new locations and manned them.
