Looking for a decent B-School like MDI , FMS, IIFT , IIT , IIM , XLRI etc

Work Exp : 4-8 Yrs

Salary : 20-25 LPA

Our objective is to establish a national wide chain of world class telecom sales & service outlets. Located at the Centre, this job exists to support the implementation of effective marketing programs at stores with the following objectives:

1. Driving traffic to store

2. Ensuring effectiveness of in store offers (across LOB)

3. Driving consistency of messaging across stores

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. Devices/ accessories

- Ensure implementation of the agreed device & accessories stocking strategy (volumes/ ASP/ inventory)

- Engage with devices distribution partner to ensure (i) SLA adherence for devices & accessories (ii) improvement in process

- Interface with devices team to ensure we get (i) best deals from OEMs (ii) merchandising partnership deals

- Generate insights from store performance to influence devices & accessories strategy

2. Product propositions

- Interface with central marketing to help finalize key propositions across all LOB

- Gather insights in order to modify propositions on ad-hoc basis

3. Communication

- Lead the planno-gramming startegy

- Interface with in-store store communication design agency to ensure rollout happens as per plan

- Gather insights to ensure constant improvement in efficacy of in-store communication

- Manage process of content creation & POSM distribution in-store

4. Traffic generation

- Use competition benchmarks & other innovations to devise store level/ regional/ national programs for pulling consumer traffic

- Ensure best practices are shared across stores
