Wintel Manager - 13+ yrs - Mumbai Location

Job Description:

- Should be Senior Operations manager with People management and client handling experience.

- Should be aware of incident management, liaising with client and handling issues.

Key responsibilities:

- Service delivery, Project Management, day to day operations

- Should have experience in identifying and managing various Service Improvements.

- Should have very good communication

- Should act as technical expert and guide the team

- Familiar with recruitment management & budget management

- Experience working in a large enterprise with VMware, Windows 2003 / 2008 Active Directory and Exchange
2003 / 2007 / 2010 environment

- Knowledge in ITIL is a must

- Migration Exp is not Must but required Fair understanding.

- Understanding of Budgets must

- Delivery and technical capabilities must along with large Team handling exp 100+
