Sr Manager - Valuation Advisory Services - BFSI

Position: Sr Manager-Valuation Advisory Services

Role:

- Develop and deliver Valuations Advisory Services including Enterprise Valuations, Purchase Price Allocation, Intellectual Property Valuations, Stock Option Valuations, Fairness Opinions, Dispute Consulting

- Manage and maintain client relationships

- Manager the work of a team and mentor staff

- Model Building - DCF models, comparable company models, stock option models, and intangible asset models

- Report Writing

Requirements:

- CA/ CPA/ MBA/ CFA

- 7-12 yrs of experience in work related to valuation advisory services, preferably in a consulting context

- Ideally should have big-4 work experience in valuations advisory

- Highly energetic and a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment
