Sr Manager - Treasury - CA - Telecom

Profile should be a Qualified Chartered accountant, should have minimum 5 years of experience in treasury operations post qualification.

Job Role :

1. Raising and regular assessment, renewal and enhancement of short term & long term funding requirements

2. Preparation and compilation of Financial Projections, Business proposals, CMA data and other information for appraisals

3. Cash flow management and payments management.

4. Monitor compliance with terms of sanction with internal stake holders

5. Submission of periodic financial data to the financial institutions/rating agencies including monthly stock statement, FFRs, etc.

6. Organizing consortium meetings, bank audits, and banks site visits, etc.

7. Developing & maintaining relationship with Banks, Financial Institutions, Investors, Merchant Bankers, Rating Agencies, and other Financial Intermediaries
