- Have transitioned min 4 projects,among them some in telecom also.

- Developing transition plans and estimates including resource plans

- Ensure smooth and successful transition from client onshore to delivery centers.

- Exp in the BPO industry - in Transitions and Project Management in F&A would be strong plus

- Prior exp in the Finance & Accounting Transitions domain would be an added advantage.
