Main Duties and Functions:
People and Capability Development:
- To support long-term business ambition in India
- Building a talent pipeline at Sales Rep, FLSM & SLSM levels.
- Develop competency development strategy,
- Identifying Training needs & developing programs at different levels of Sales function.
- Building medical credibility of the medical sales team
- Building Commercial credibility of the Trade sales team
Build a training team:
- Design and recruit the training delivery team
- Create and implement Training Department, policy, processes and initiatives.
- Designing of training program and calendar for field force & monitoring the execution of all training as per plans.
- Lead the training team to deliver continuous Field Force Training (both class room & field training/coaching)
- Induction program for new joinees at all levels.
- Designing a robust tracking mechanism to measure the effectiveness of competency development progress and all training programs.
Business partnering to drive central initiative:
- Collaborating with cross functions to prioritize and monitor multiple projects to build a high performing commercial organization.
- Provide Support along with Medico-Marketing during cycle meeting to strengthen in call quality
