Position: Sr. Manager HR (Training & Development)
Reports to: General Manager HR
Qualification: MBA- HR, Diploma in Industrial Psychology, Diploma/ advance diploma in T & D.
Experience: 15 Years
Summary:
- Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers of employees, Sets performance metrics, evaluates trainings & productivity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Should have handled training & development in large manufacturing setup;
- Identification of training need & preparation of training calendar;
- Succession planning and IDP (Individual development plan) preparation & execution.
- Competency based training.
- Training (Sensitivity training)
- Must have conducted training/ prepare modules.
- Assessment centre
- HR score card/ HR audit exposure.
- Competency mapping & preparing competency Directory.
- Knowledge of preparing skill matrix & assessment.
- Handled T & D department of large setup.
- ESS (Employee satisfaction survey) based on India.
- Worked on documentation for ISO, TS, OSAHS.
Organisation Development would be the must for this role..
