Sr. Manager-Training
We have requirements for Training Manager/Sr. Training Manager at the following locations.
1. Chennai
2. Bangalore
3. Hyderabad
Its a Direct Sales Organisation in the business of marketing and promotion of financial products and services. It is an Associate of a Bank. The manpower strength of the organisation is approx. 17500.
Requirement for the position :
Qualification - preferably MBA.
- Require 5 to 10 years Training experience. Should be articulate. Should be conversant with Hindi or vernacular language applicable to the location.
- Looking for candidates from Insurance/FMCG/Banking Industry.
Job description :
- The incumbent will be responsible conducting Product and soft skills training.
- Develop and maintain training & Personal development plan for employees.
- Develop Training modules & content.
- Roll out Training calendar and co-ordinate.
- Monitoring performance of employees post training and ensure organisational targets are achieved.
- Product Knowledge of Credit Cards will be an advantage.
The position is at Manager / Sr. Manager level and Compensation will be in the range of 6 to 8 lakhs depending on Qualification and years of experience.
