Sr Manager - Technical Training - Auto

One of our Automotive client is looking for a Sr. Manager Training based out of Mumbai.

Qualification : B.E., MBA preferred

Experience : 7+ years in Passenger cars Service Operations/ Technical Training

The brief JD is given below:

1. The candidate should have ability to Manage Training Department. Plan, schedule, coordinate various technical non-technical training for Workshops Staffs, Managers

2. Should have worked in Passenger car After sales Service training function

3. Should be able to recruit, retain and motivate team members

4. Work with various functions to identify training needs at different levels, use inter resources or involve out side trainers to impart training

5. Should be comfortable in conduction postion based training like Training for Works Manager, Service Advisers etc
