Sr Manager - Technical & Sales Training

The Global Commercial Sales Training organisation is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a managerial role in the EMEA Delivery Team with responsibility for delivering training to the Commercial Sales organisation.

Reporting To: APJ Training Delivery Director

Role responsibilities:

- Collaboration with senior management to develop strategic training plans aligned to go-to-market strategies (GTM).

- Deliver standard global and localised training programs

- Directs the activities of internal training

- Oversees the planning of course design, delivery, and support documentation. Ensures training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives

- Maintains communication with internal and/or external customers to ensure effectiveness of training

- Manages the coordination of the staffing and scheduling of training.

- Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Curriculum Design methodology

- Advanced knowledge of classroom training skills, abilities, and practices

- Advanced ability to analyse data and recommend courses design, methodology, and structure

- Strong understanding of applicable technical and functional content areas and industry trends

- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- 4+ years leadership experience

- Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
