Senior Manager - Technical Decorative Concrete

Leading Decorative Concrete organization is looking for a Senior Manager -Technical to lead Techno Commercial department to be based at Mumbai.

- Candidates having strong experience in Business Development as well on-site project management experience in Decorative Concrete systems, Concrete resurfacing, Overpayments, industrial/commercial flooring systems, protective coatings (Epoxy-stone surfacing), and custom designed architectural concrete industry need only apply.

Designation: Senior Manager Technical / Technical Head

Job Description:

- Need to have total Project Management and techno commercial Experience.

- To ensure installation as per the standard quality parameters & SOP of the company.

- Need to provide technical support, Installation guidance & answering technical quarries.

- Responsible for Training and workshops for Internal and External team.

- Heading Research & Development Division.

- Team management, Supervises, trainings, and evaluates Site Supervisors & Masons.

- Assists in hiring, evaluating, and disciplining employees.

- Have to interact with the clients, architects and Consultants and to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Job involves extensive travelling within India.

Experience, knowledge and skills :

- Good presentation skills with command over English & Hindi.

- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

- Ability to read, interpret and produce engineering drawings and graphics.

- Large team management experience.

- Risk management.

- Experienced in Decorative Concrete systems, Concrete resurfacing, Overpayments, industrial/commercial flooring systems, protective coatings (Epoxy-stone surfacing), and custom designed architectural concrete industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduation from college with a bachelor's degree/diploma in civil engineering and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Special skills required

- AutoCAD, Revit or Equivalent

- MS Office, Internet
