Experience: 6-8 year (POST MBA)
Key Roles:
- Manpower Planning/Succession planning.
- Involved in organisation transformation/Change Management.
- Co-ordination with HR Business Partners.
Essential Requirement:
- Looking HR with 6-8 post MBA experience from TIER-1 B-schools only (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM).
- Prior experience into HR Talent Management along with HR Business Partner role will be essential.
