Job Description:  - The candidate shall be responsible to engage with Senior Leadership team for C-level hiring &manage stakeholders with respect to delivery timelines by communicating the recruitment activity, challenges and results with the management regularly.  - Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle for Leadership Hiring   - Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes, prepare manpower budgets and hiring plans.  - Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from the Industry/across.  - Define and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from the industry.  - Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.  - Considerable experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, Linkedin, social networking, conferences, headhunting to present high quality profiles  - Manage the full cycle of the recruiting process, ensuring a great candidate experience  - Develop reporting metrics, measure performance on regular basis and course correction plan to hit the target SLAs  Candidate Specification:  - Candidate must have good experience in Executive Hiring, specifically - CXO level positions closure  - Excellent organization skills.  - Ability to Manage & deal with Senior Leadership Team.  - Experience of coordination with Search partners, Retainer firms, understanding of contract terms  - Experience of coordination with Cross functional Global teams.  - Must have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken  - Go getter Attitude  Amit  9810900610
