Currently, we are looking for Sr. Manager- Talent Acquisition with one of Our MNC Product Client.   - This position is based out of Bangalore.  Key Responsibilities:  - Understand business needs and strategy of the organization and design talent acquisition strategies   - Meet talent needs of business based on targets from workforce plans. Obtain timely information on business needs and convert into actions for the recruitment team   - Plan, design and implement new and innovative talent acquisition processes such as referral program, internal job posting, social media etc   - Continuously review talent acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness   - Act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition within and outside the organisation, answering employee queries on talent acquisition. Ensure that business is kept up to date on recruitment need status and process   - Interface with all levels of potential sources to develop relationships that will ensure the achievement of recruiting objectives and strategies   - Interface and build long term and short term agreements with external agencies- such as recruitment agencies, job portals, search firms, etc to source quality candidates in a timely manner  Must Have Skills:  - Masters degree in Human Resources/ MBA is preferred with 11+ years experience in Technology Hiring.  Desired Competencies:  - Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment, Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into Recruiting efforts  - High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverable  - Strong communication, interpersonal skills ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations  - Sharp analytical capabilities, around data interpretation, analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes.  Nishant Goel
