Would be responsible to handle entire gamut of Operations including on time in Full Delvery, specialized Route to Production Planning, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse management, logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, BTL.and full administrative accountability of all physical and virtual branches and warehouses of the Company.
The Candidate, preferable a male age between 31 to 40 should have wide experience in Building Material, FMCG or Consumer Durable Industry with excellent interpersonal skills, extremely detailed and commercially astute.
Must have handled :
- Route to Market Planning outbound including Contractual Settlement
- System driven Production Planning.
- Multiple Warehouse Management
- Exposure to complete Sales Processes and the requisite checks and balances.
- Exposure to the best practices in Managing Sales Transactional Processes, Customer Management, Merchandising.
- Must have had in depth stints/insights in allied functions like Sales, Customer Relationship Management.
- In-depth understanding of Business Financials and be able to drive Cost Optimization projects to a logical
end.
- Project Management skills should be abundantly available. Leadership matters in this!
- Must have handled Sales Budgeting, Sales and Operations MIS and demonstrated high analytical skills.
- Should be mobile and be work long hours and hard conditions be willing to travel across the country.
