Manager / Senior Manager - Strategy Consulting (TMT - Technology, Media, Telecom)

My client has been operating on the forefront of the telecoms, technology and media sector for the last 25 years, helping to shape these industries by providing advisory and market intelligence services to organizations and governments worldwide.

Their skill-sets cover diverse sectors and across the globe. Headquartered in UK, they have established teams across Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa & USA.

The Opportunity:

They are presently seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager for their Singapore office. The successful candidate will be an expert within the TMT domain, with an aim towards becoming an acknowledged Practice Expert who will attract and deliver significant projects in their chosen product area.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Responsible for the management and delivery of projects in the TMT sector.

- Act as a Project Director on smaller scale projects.

- Cost optimization in the delivery of projects ensuring that all time, quality and performance points are exceeded or met.

- Play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams and sector members.

Who am I looking for:

- 6 years Consulting experience within the TMT sector, 2 out of which in a project management/leadership role

- University Degree from a leading educational institute, and preferably an MBA, Masters or PhD

- Experience of strategy, design & implementation in the TMT sector

- Experience of business planning for TMT organisations

- Experience of managing complex projects and leading teams in multiple locations

- Experience of client management including being the client’s primary point of contact throughout an engagement

- Involvement in business development activities including production of proposal documents, sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to project work
