Looking for Sr. Manager Strategic Sourcing- Warehousing and Transportation - for a FMCG based Firm (Male Candidate Required)

Job Location : Gurgaon (Take care of all warehouse in Plants).

CTC : Depending upon existing CTC. (Negotiable)

Qualification : Engineering Graduate/ MBA- Logistics & SCM / Warehouse Management for Raw Material.

Domain Vertical : FMCG/ F&B / Manufacturing.

Work Experience : 10+ Years

Job Description:

Warehouse Management :(Need someone who has handled warehouse for raw materials)

- Review & finalize capacity plan;

- Evaluate, Assess & Rate Warehouse vendors for service quality & space utilization;

- Ensure all compliances and adherence to related norms pertaining to inventory stocking;

- Review performance of warehouse partners and ensure adherence to service agreements;

- Maneuver the disposal of redundant inventory as per DOP;

- Ensure compliance and adherence to schedule by 3rd party vendors;

- Resolve all escalated problems related to warehouse

- Cost of warehouse operations

- Adherence to SLA's for Warehousing : Service levels of sales, inventory norms, timeliness, accuracy, inventory health, space utilization, compliance to regulatory/ legal requirements, payment

- Audit results : deviations from norm

- Savings in operations cost arising out of improvement projects/ initiatives.

- Adherence to Ware house expansion strategy – time-lines, quality and cost

- Financial savings and benefits

Transportation Management:

Resolve all escalated problems related to Transportation Management:

- Response time of transporters - TAT enhancement

- Transit period - improvements

- Damages – reduction

- Insurance claim

- Freight reduction achieved

- SLAs – improvements

- New models – effectiveness and impact

- Enforcement of contracts - Percentage Deviations
