Sr Manager - Strategic/Industrial Marketing - Chemical

Looking for a Sr. Manager - Industrial Marketing with a Leading Chemical MNC.

Looking for candidates from Strategic Management Firms/ Consulting Firms/ Chemical Companies.

Majorly handling Chemical Projects.

Qualification - B.Sc/ B.E. - Chemical

MBA in Marketing from a Premier Institute is Mandatory

Major tasks and responsibilities of Position:

- Be innovator and create profitable growth within existing and future target segments in the sub-region.

- Develop and drive sub-regional segment strategy based on deep understanding of respective markets/ segments (with support of segment managers for APAC or global segments).

- Build up expertise and network (external/ internal) for the respective target markets/ segments.

- Drive towards marketing and business plans for target segments to capture sustainable and profitable growth in the sub-region incl. development of value proposition, marketing mix, go-to-market approaches.

- Ensure identification of new attractive business opportunities and projects within the target markets in the sub-region.

- Lead and optimize portfolio and project pipeline for sub-regional segments i.e. not managed by APAC or global.

- Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of key local segments strategy in cooperation with INN, ATD, PM and CO.

- Manage the usage of Industrial Marketing tools and processes to provide input for decisions.
