Responsible for setting up & managing sourcing of candidates through employee referrals, online media & other sources
Implementing the Talent Sourcing Strategy
Work closely with the Staffing team for Sourcing suitable candidates for critical positions and have joint responsibility for recruitment delivery
Preparation of Sourcing Process including remote locations
Creating & managing Referral models & Referral processes
Understand business Requirements together with the Staffing Head & prioritize sourcing efforts
Manage Referral payout process
Responsible for Referral related promotions & communications
