Sr Manager Solution Architect- F&A (BPO)
Key Responsibility
- Primary role is to translate client’s objective and requirements into solution concept based on prospective customer’s offerings and our capabilities
- Responsible for designing possible alternatives for entire service delivery from an outsourced location
- Respond to queries received from front end sales team
- Build strong working relationships with all departments/ functions within the organization.
- Ensure collection and availability of data/ information is done within specified timelines
- Coordinate with sales, finance and transition team for content development of proposals and prepare client specific sales presentations
- Independently work with the onsite sales team for response to RFIs/RFPs, presentations, due diligences, knowledge transfer and operation requirements.
- Participate in workshops/ pre-sales efforts onsite as and when required
- Assist the sales team in approaching prospective clients and generate business by doing background work on client information
- Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions
- Aggressively push the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies of the organization
- Responsible for complete sign-off with the front-end sales team on all documents to be sent to the client
Designs F&A processing solutions based on client requirements. With strategic focus on business development, support new business pursuits by performing any or all of the following:
- Being looked to as the F&A expert
- Maintain and enhance relationships with the client through all levels of management
- Define the solution
Mandatory:
- Must have handled major bids in the F&A space.
