Ctc: 10L - 14L

Qualification: MBA - Operations Management

Key deliverables

1. Production Planning and optimization of all our Production Facilities. Manage OOS of FMDs to less than 3% and Zero Loss of Sales!

2. Redefining Customer Care Standards and build appropriate systems to ensure 98% satisfaction.

3. Project Execute BTL Merchandising as per Company’s strategy.

4. Build webs of unfailing support systems to ensure 100% Servicing of Sales Orders and Returns.

5. Independently Handle the Outbound Logistics from all the Plants using multimodal arrangements to meet the ONIT standards.

6. Contractual arrangements of all Outbound Logistics arrangements as an integrated effort.

7. Project manages teams for Laying Services and meeting Contractual obligations arising out of this.

8. Integrate all Services Functions (Branch A/cs, Depot Management, Logistics, and Customer Care Management) under an umbrella by defining SOPs.

9. Implement Internal Audit recommendations with full responsibility and accountability.

10. Develop Operational Dash Boards and Create OPS MIS

11. Build and execute Operations Budgets.

12. High interface with SAP team along with SPG to leverage on IT for Productivity improvements and MIS.

13. Implement PMS from day one in its new avatar.

14. Relation Management with Partners as per the Ethics Policy of the Company.

Must have handled :

1. Route to Market Planning – outbound including Contractual Settlement

2. System driven Production Planning.. exposure to SAP a must including high end modules

3. Multiple Warehouse Management

4. Exposure to complete Sales Processes and the requisite checks and balances.

5. Exposure to the best practices in Managing Sales Transactional Processes, Customer Management, Merchandising.

6. Must have had in depth stints/insights in allied functions like Sales, Customer Relationship Management.

7. In-depth understanding of Business Financials and be able to drive Cost Optimization projects to a logical end.

8. Project Management skills should be abundantly available. Leadership matters in this!

9. Must have handled Sales Budgeting, Sales and Operations MIS and demonstrated high analytical skills.

10. Should be mobile and be work long hours and hard conditions be willing to travel across the country.
