Job Role
- Ensure that the team is well organized through high level of leadership.
- Monitoring, coaching, demonstrating, training & development of team.
- Be effective in planning the team objective.
- Take an effective check and measure on the objective planned.
- The team needs to be at high level of motivated stage at any point of time.
- Responsible for achieving the revenue.
- Responsible for achieving the team objective.
- Creating Average Value per card(more than 1)for the client.
- Time management.
- Facilitate the team to perform their responsibility by effective coaching on skill/process/product knowledge.
- Give focus on teams moral/personality development.
- Direct touch with the market-
a. Meeting Key Customers
b. Handling key revenues
c. Identifying opinion leaders
d. Collecting & Consolidating market feedback
Key Skills
" - The incumbent should have at least 3 yrs exp preferably in IT, Media, Telecom, Hot deals, FMCG, BFSI,
Service Industries-Holidays, hotels, resorts, aviation, etc."
- Energetic, Go getter, Self motivated person, Team management
- Excellent communication
- Good sales experience in direct sales.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the sales process and sell
