Intergraph Security, Government & Infrastructure (SG&I) serves a broad range of clients, providing geospatially powered solutions to the public safety and security, defense and intelligence, government, transportation, utilities, and communications industries. Their focus is on providing software and services to enable clients to make correct decisions in a timely manner using the right information. They are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to develop their Public Safety and Utilities business in the region.

Job Description - As a Senior Sales Manager you will be reporting into the Country Head, India and SAARC, you will be responsible for:

- Generating and developing new business in the India and SAARC region

- Developing and maintaining the business plan for the solutions business in line with the overall targets for the next 3 years

- Mapping, navigating and understandings prospects informal and formal decision criteria

- Maintaining sales and funnel pipeline accuracy

- Establishing and working with strategic, alliance partners and System Integrators

- Providing strategic leadership to the Line of Business

- Working actively with Key Ministries (Home Affairs, Water, Power)

The Successful Candidate - You will be an engineer from a leading college, with over 15 years of experience in strategic business development in the Public Sector. You should have a proven track record in large sales/ bid team management and have had experience in working with System Integrators. In addition, you must have experience of working closely with Government departments. You should have strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Furthermore, you must have a strong existing network in the public sector. You should have tremendous leadership skills, entrepreneurial flair and the ability to be work in a dynamic environment.
