Skills Required:

- End-to-end experience in selling BPO services and solution to Indian customers

- Domain experience in financial markets like Retail Banking, Insurance, Logistics

- Should have completed at least 2-3 deals in the last Fy estimating a deal value of 3+ Crores single handedly

- Selling Experience of 100+ seats in a single deal

- Participated and led Governmental sector deals

- Exposure to RFI RFP environment

- Capability of Selling BPO Services with Platform based IT services understanding

- Knowledge in bid management, estimation methodologies and commercial bid preparation and lead generation methodologies

- Excellent customer interaction skills, communications and presentation skills

- Strong planning and strategic thinking

- Strong leadership and team building qualities

Educational

- Qualification: BE, MBA, PGDM

Targets:

- Region coverage – India subcontinent

- Individual Sales Target (Annual) – 2 crores +
