The incumbent would be responsible for :   - Strengthening the compliance policies, procedures and practices of the group.  - Develop and implement training programs, to educate regarding the various compliances, key values, policies and procedures within the group  - Risk and compliance assurance management  - Fraud Investigation and assessment  - SOX Control Testing  - Process Re engineering  - Keep him / her updated of the laws, regulations and compliances of the industry  - Looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in Big 4 or any reputed organization.  - The candidate must have strong experience in Risk Management, Audit and Compliance and SOX testing.  - Candidate with experience of managing clients in Pharma, Medical Devices, Life sciences or FMCG industry would be a preference.
