Job Role :   - Co-develop with Partners strategy and assessment that will enable profitable delivery of Advisory services which are risk related.   - Provide solutions in the areas of business risks, internal audit, regulatory/ compliance advisory, drafting SOPs , Enterprise Risk Management, Revenue Assurance etc.   - Take responsibility for the overall execution of the project and final report delivery in accordance with guidelines and methodologies   - Manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis   - Contribute to the personal development of engagement team members   Responsibilities:  - Apply Advisory risk management policies and procedures at the engagement level and at the practice level   - Marketing and Business Development   - Responsible for the planning and scheduling of individual assignments  - Responsible for monitoring all aspects of the engagement economics   - Establish the objectives, scope, and timing of the procedures for an individual internal audit project or assignment   - Produce quarterly and annual reports to client management and audit committee of client   - Guide the client team in the development of creative, practical, and cost-effective recommendations on improvement   - Develop a strong working understanding of the client’s language and acronyms, business processes, and engagement history   - Become familiar with the services the firm provides and actively look for cross-selling opportunities   - Co-develop and document the engagement risk management approach and ensure adequate consideration of the risks and review of the working papers throughout the assignment   - Perform detailed work review of the team  - Perform review of reports and working papers and discussion of key issues   - Manage and lead others in the delivery of services using the Advisory service delivery process   - Demonstrate the ability to assess risk and identify risk in complex environment (i.e., risk assessment process)   - Detailed understanding of key risks and controls  Experience:  - CA/ MBA (Finance) with 6 + years of experience preferably from Big 4/ pharma/ IT & ITES/ infra or RE industry.  - Certifications preferably in CIA, CMA, CISA, DISA, ISA.
