Job Description
- Managing recruitment of professionals across all service lines in Gurgaon.
- Strategizing and executing hiring delivery for multiple service lines.
- Interacting with service line leaders, understanding requirements, and aligning expectations as per market standards and ensuring overall hiring delivery.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing the entire hiring life cycle for Gurgaon right from budgeting, planning and delivering to onboarding.
- Delivering results maintaining timelines and quality.
- Supervising an experienced team of Assistant Managers and Managers including managing the goal setting exercise as well as appraisals and round the year coaching.
- Proficiency with interviewing techniques and applicant appraisals including hands on delivery for certain key positions as required.
- Salary negotiations, compensation fitment and facilitating on-boarding.
- Coordinating Pre-induction, Induction and on-boarding.
- Recommend total solutions, products and services for acquisition of all Gurgaon resources
- Managing key Resourcing projects.
- Managing all Gurgaon metrics and facilitating a robust reporting framework.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Job Specifications
- Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
- 8 – 12 years work experience in total (with at least 3-5 years recruitment experience).
- Prior operations exposure will be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good prioritization and organizational skills
- Financial services experience will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven team management skills
- Relationship building skills with senior leaders
- Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment
