About the client: US MNC into IT Product Industry with a global presence
Recruiting, staffing and Organizational departmental planning;
- Managing 6 Recruitment team members, ranging from Assistant Manager, Senior Associates to Associates and help them develop a talent pipeline
- Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Electing the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process
- Training employees and setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies align with the organization's policies and goals.
- Managing outside recruiting agencies
- Planning for leadership hiring, recruitment drives, campus drives and specialized recruitments;
- Work with the business to forecast headcount plans and develop succession plans across the company
- Initiating various recruitment reports, analysis and dashboards and managing & delivering them on a periodic basis;
- Managing recruitment work flow for team members;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
- Employee services and counseling.
Candidate eligibility:
- Bachelors/ Masters with minimum 8 years experience, with at least 5 years hands on experience at a mid/ senior level in Talent Acquisition
