Currently working on a Senior Manager- Residential Sales role for an International Property Consultant to be based in Delhi. Would prefer candidates fro Real Estate/ Wealth Management Background who have been dealing with HNI Clients.
Major Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets through Sale/Purchase of residential units to Super HNI/Ultra HNI clients
- Business Development activities and formalization of sales strategies for sourcing of new prospects
- Relationship management with various existing Ultra HNI/Super HNI clients for providing complete solutions to their real estate requirements – sale , purchase , advisory
- Relationship management with Landlords for acquiring selling mandates on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis
- Relationship Management with existing client base through regular interactions
CTC offered would be between 11-14 lacs.
