Experience: 10-13 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E- Mechanical Engineering.

About the company

Our client was incorporated in 1992. They are currently into manufacturing steering yokes, steering joints, steering sub assemblies, Steering Columns Differential housings and gearbox housing both for domestic and international OEMs, Tier I and Tier II suppliers. At present, they are the largest manufacturer of yokes in India, and by 2015 projected be in top 5 yoke manufacturers of the world.

Job profile:

- Must have knowledge of Inprocess Inspection and receipt area.

- Should have knowledge of PPAP, Control plan, FMEA.

- Should have knowledge of SPC, Defect analysis.

- Must have exposure in internal audit. An audit certification is preferred.

- Must have been Customer point of contact for all QA issues for minimum 3-4 years.

- Knowledge of assemblies is preferred. sheet metal and machining

- Knowledge of special process like MPI and Welding is needed.
