Sr Manager - Product - Private Wealth
Role:
Financial Planning and Wealth Protection:
- Financial goal setting and planning.
- Asset allocation and security selection with rebalancing as and when required.
- Tax and legal advisory including Trust and Estate Planning.
- Insurance
Traditional - M F & Fixed Income
- To offer comprehensive, open architecture menu of MF
- Differentiate by detailed due diligence and quality of advise
- Comprehensive MF custody and reporting
- Basis due diligence and advisory capability create our recommended list of funds that would be sold to clients.
Alternative Investments:
- To offer managed products in the real estate, private equity and art funds
- Source best in class third party funds as well as from own stable
- To offer exclusive products
- Unique products - that are built to cater for the unique needs of UHNW clients
Structured Products:
- Arbitrage and Hedging
- Customized product structure
Skills Required:
Knowledge:
- Awareness on all the Asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, alternate assets, RE, Commodities.
- In depth knowledge of capital markets and the wealth management business.
- Expertise on Mutual fund industry
- Expertise in listed and unlisted investments.
- Expertise on capital markets, both Debt as well as equity.
- Knowledge across all investment platforms like MF, AIF, Mutual Capital Funds, Venture Capital Funds(VCF), PMS etc.
- Key knowledge on taxation and it impacts on client return for all Asset classes and securities.
- Sound knowledge of debt markets.
Ability:
- The ability to structure the products for UHNI clients and corporates.
- Ability to understand research and knowledge of the macro economic scenario and impacts on capital markets.
