Sr Manager - Presales - KPO

Job Description

- RFIs, RFPs, RFQ & proposal project management expertise

- Ability to lead and mentor a team

- Industry knowledge in at least one of the following - Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Energy, BFSI

- Preferred experience in handling large bids

- Preferred knowledge of pricing models

- Preparation of collaterals, presentations, white papers, case studies and sales brochures

- Competitor analysis data creation

- Responding to RFX, proposals, presentations and other such deliverables from pre-sales

- Support the sales team with all pre-sales inputs

- Interact and coordinate with all delivery and operations teams

Job Requirements: (Skills/Competencies needed to perform the job)

- Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skills in English

- Ability to write winning proposals

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under strict timelines

- Good analytical and interpersonal skills

Education

- Master’s Degree in Management
