One of our clients, a leading Insurance company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Sr.Manager - Premier and Core Agent  Basic Job Purpose:  - To identify, assess, license and manage premier and core agents. The role will strategically align with agency head to create a strong line of premier and core agents PAN India. This role will be critical in engaging regional sales leaders to managing premier and core agent initiatives at the field level.  - Generate avenues for premier agent identification on PAN India level with specific regional strategy.  - Licensing of identified premier agents  - Develop regional engagement initiatives for all the premier agents in the respective region.  - Develop and improve supporting processes for effective implementation of the premier agent initiative, such as sales process / tools, payout efficiency, training and engagement activity with the help of respective functional owners.  - Effectiveness of the premier agent role will be measured by the extent to which premium collection, productivity, persistency targets are achieved in supporting the agency regional business.  - Establishes strong relationships with the Zonal and regional sales leaders to establish credibility, orchestrate teams to implement the premier agent blueprint and foster better exchange of information  - Develop blueprint and implement core agency agents for Customer Centricity branches & project.  - Develop engage and productivity blueprint for customer centric branches  - Works closely with agency head, DSAT and Finance teams to prepare yearly operating plan and cost budgets for premier agent initiatives.  - Provide information to agency head and management stakeholders on performance of the premier agent initiative against operating plan KPIs.  - Develops calendar for key events and sales initiatives to enhance performance of premier agent initiative and support agency head in the implementation of these activities as per program plan.  - Works closely with agency head, DSAT team and zonal/regional sales teams for designing MIS  - Design and develop an effective initiative review management tools  Education & Experience:  - Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in identifying, empanelling, and managing top distributors for an organization.   - Experience in Life Insurance industry specifically handling HNI agents will be preferred.  - Ability to engage stakeholders and effectively communicate with business teams  - Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage large distributors to maintain long-term business relationship  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details   Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
