- Develop and implement an integrated comprehensive communications plan for the corporate entity, various Intellectual Properties and businesses the company is engaged in.
- Plan strategize and support the execution of long-term strategic communication plans (covering external needs, internal partnerships, and executive support)
- PR Management through external agencies ; Create and foster strategic relationships with key media, community leaders, and PR agencies for strengthening the brand proposition with key influencers and decision makers.
- Oversee the hiring and retaining the PR agencies whilst gradually working towards establishing the company's own relationships with the media across the board.
- Manage outside agencies and vendors to ensure the production of creative, high-quality, cost-effective communication solutions (e.g., policy briefs, press releases and media statements, and presentations)
- Oversee the development and continual improvement of content in line with the pre decided communication objectives for the various entities and businesses across all platforms.
- Strengthen and expand the company’s online presence (including web sites, social , other media, etc).
- Proactively pitch to national / top-tier print, broadcast and online media, strengthening relationships to increase Company's visibility in the marketplace and create new business opportunities

- Responsible for all Internal Communications; provide guidelines for Business Proposal at all the sales verticals/teams; Build Internal communication through In house corporate News letter.
