Job Profile :

Formulate and administer the organization’s industrial relations policy, represent management in industrial relations with employees, unions, employer bodies and industrial authorities, and provide informed advice to management on industrial relations strategies to ensure continued productivity and profitability.

Work Location : Gujarat / Tamilnadu

CTC : 20 Lkhs to 27 Lkhs

Qualification : MBA HR / PG HR (Two Years Fulltime) from 2005/2006/2007 Pass out from MDI / IMT-G / TISS / XLRI-J / SPJAIN
