Position: Sr Manager Pay & Benefits
Primary Skills : Benchmarking techniques, Compensation management, Reward and recognition methodologies
Responsibilities : Translate and implement policies on pay and benefits into operating procedures to ensure timely, consistent and efficient administration of appropriate compensation and benefits to all employees of the organization.
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility:
- Monitor compliance to policies and statutes to ensure consistent administration of compensation benefits across the organization
- Lead the administration of pay and benefit schemes and monthly pay-out based on the defined policies
- Monitor administration of C&B policy and process changes for respective employee groups to ensure seamless integration of new policies/schemes
- Recommend C&B policy and scheme improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and best practices implementation
- Manage end-to-end vendors relations to ensure timely service to the employees on pay and benefits
- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
Education:
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HRM or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel/ IR (Full time mandatory)
