Senior Manager P2P

Description

- Create vision and set objectives for the process

- Proactively manages collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders.

- Preparation & Review of Complex Account Reconciliation

- Design and implementation of operational and SoX controls for relevant processes

- Deep Understanding of upstream and downstream process

- Escalation and resolution management

- Ability to increase efficiency & effectiveness of process

Championing Change management

- Applies accounting judgment to transactions and processes

- Manage large span of control including people managers

- Leading large teams including Appriasals & managing complex people issues.

- Recruitment, grow & flow, retention of talent

- Independent decision making

- Understand linkages between various processes

- Create leadership bench strength

Qualifications

- Strong functional expertise

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good knowledge of Excel and Proven problem solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Graduate/ Semi Qualified with 10-12 years experience

- Proven ability to manage change

- Prior working knowledge in an ERP environment

- Assertiveness

- Decision Making

- Comfortable with Ambiguity

Desired skills:

- Post Graduate/ Qualified ACA/ICWA/ other relevant international accounting qualification

- SAP GL exposure

- Understanding of ERP structure relating to hierarchies like PC, CC accounts

- Experience of working in a process based organization

- Additional responsibility of GS Site Lead

Technical / Professional Skills & competencies:

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.- Aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, going into the root cause of the problem

- Good communication skills - Written & Verbal.

- Good Working knowledge with Financials and MS Office

- Working knowledge of BEX (any reporting tool)

- Advanced excel knowledge

- Understanding of accounting policies & Business knowledge
