Opening for Oracle Functional -Sr. Manager role with our client in Noida location .
Desirable to be a CA or qualified MBA Finance
The role is responsible for:
- Providing Oracle Financials and HRMS Functional Consulting to Business
- Ensuring higher ROI from Oracle Financials and HRMS systems through enhanced usage of the product and End User Training
- Own the Solution Design and Service Delivery of Existing and Future Oracle Financials and HRMS Solution
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Engage in Process Re-Engineering (Identify, Consolidate and Translate Business requirements into Oracle Solutions):
- Engage Business users in bringing about best practice in process execution
- Identify areas of process improvements
- Contribute in Job evaluation in alignment with business strategy and process re-engineering
- Translate business ideas into Oracle solutions for implementation
Enable Financials Process Automation using Oracle E-Business Platform (Evaluate Design, Identify Design GAPS, Suggest Design Improvements):
- Evaluation of As-Is Automation landscape
- Map existing solution to To-Be process
- Identify gaps and improvement areas ( Integration with non-oracle system, elimination of manual intervention, enhanced reporting experience)
- Validate the Solution Design and Delivery quality through continuous and rigorous testing process
Oracle Solution Periodic Audit (Control User environment):
- Procedure for Master Data Control
- Change Control Procedure (Change Approval, Solution sign-off, Production movement, documentation)
- Access Control and Data Security
Enhance User Knowledge Base (Train end Users to increase productivity):
- Assess Oracle user community experience and knowledge levels within the organisation
- Identify Knowledge Gap
- Disseminate Best Practice Knowledge
- User Training and Education
- Knowledge Management
Oracle Platform Support and Future Roadmap (Relationship Management):
- Awareness of Oracle future releases and appropriate interventions and applications in CPA environment
- Prepare Oracle Future state architecture diagram from CPA Global and propose a roadmap for implementation
- Maintain Relationship with Oracle Service Manager and Service Support Partners for smooth and timely delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite Solutions
- Responsibility for Supplier Service Reviews, and internal CPA Service and Steering Committee reviews
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Relevant experience : 6 years
- Excellent working and practical knowledge of Oracle AIM Methodology
- Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12
- Expertise in Finance Modules : AP / AR / GL / iExpense / iprocurement / Purchasing / Cash management
- Expertise in Core HRMS and Self Service
- Good to have exposure in Performance Management and iRecruitment modules.
- Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Architecture and Data Flow
- Good understanding of Approval Management, Workflow, Fast Formula and XML Publisher
- Knowledge of TOAD, SQL Plus and ability to understand and write basic SQL Queries
- Experience in at 2- 3 Implementations in R12
- Exposure to Working with Global Clients is necessary
- Experience in oracle Support environment
- Experience in managing outsource Service Support provision
- Experience of all aspects of Project Management life cycle from analysis, planning, design and testing to implementation
- Ability to demonstrate product capability / POC to the Business
