Sr. Managerial Role for E-book Division..

If you have strong exposure in handling large Operations for any BPO / KPO / shared services background..?

Basic Qualification

- 10 + years experience in operations

- People Management (currently handling a team of 150+ individuals)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships, and influence other teams to meet goals

- Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels.

- Have flexibility with changing programs and processes

Other qualifications include a track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new processes

- Bachelors degree required, MBA with a technical background highly preferred

Preferred Qualification

- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems

- Database experience

- MBA with a technical background highly preferred

- A passion for books and publishing industry experience a big plus
