Position: Sr.Manager Modern Trade

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description

- Will handle Modern Trade business.

- Manage the Modern Trade partners.

- Strike a deal with these partners and implement and monitor progress of these deals across all outlets in Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

- Lead a team of promoters and Distributor FOS to monitor daily performance of primaries/ Tertiary/ installations and competition activity.

- Ensure the visibility across all these outlets is well maintained and has an edge over competition. Drive self and teams towards achieving monthly targets from these Key outlets.

- Constantly lookout for new avenues to add new chains conventional and non conventional for prepaid, post paid, data card, dongles, DTH business and has to be agile in striking new and innovative and win-win deals with existing partners.

- Manage the outlets across Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Relation building with all partners & store managers. Maximize acquisitions & products revenue from these outlets and partners. Lead a team of Promoters and Distributor FOS. Minimize attrition and recruit and build a team of promoters / FOS wherever and whenever needed.
