An interesting oppurtunity for Sr.Manager Marketing to work with the world's No:1 company who is into "E-waste recycling Management" and deals with surplus, carton damaged and refurbished electronics

Location - Noida

About the company:

Our client is in the business of maximizing the value of all electronics which is not sold through the primary channel means we maximize the value of end of life, end of line, seconds, surplus, carton damaged and refurbished electronics. We do this by either recycling the material through our state-of-the-art facility in Roorkee or by reconditioning/refurbishing the material and selling it through our online and offline channels.
We are funded by IFC (part of the World bank) and DFJ, Kalaari capital and Granite HIll Ventures (prominent VCs in the country)

- We are the only company in the world which can operate an ewaste recycling facility at small capacities to extract metals such as gold, copper and other precious metal from electronic items. We spend heavily in metal extraction R&D.

- Are one of the largest reverse logistics companies and have the ability to pick material from over 200 cities in the country.

- We have one of the fastest growing ecommerce website and several stores in India through which we sell our material.

We do this by either recycling the material through our state-of-the-art facility in Roorkee or by reconditioning/refurbishing the material and selling it through our online and offline channels.

Designation :Sr Manager - Marketing

Job Purpose:

Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand
and drive sourcing, sales and online traffic.

Duties:

The primary role of this position would be to move in at a leadership position and manage complete Marketing responsibility which would include:

- Increase market share of Brand product/services , further penetration into newer cities and Increase revenue generation.

- Devise & Execute online and offline business marketing Programs in line with the Strategic requirements using all communication elements of marketing & Brand Branding, PR, Events & Promotions

- Design and execute communication strategy in line with the Organization Strategy

- Develop product requirements and product marketing strategy to get to new revenue streams and innovation in the market place.

- Manage and use PR as an effective method of reaching the right audience

- Maintain strong relationship with the brand principals through effective communication.

- Formulate annual plan consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business taking into confidence the brand principals

- Manage effective yields through establishing and maintaining effective vendor relations

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plan for customer acquisition and retention for offline, online and B2C.

- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery& service quality norms.

- Demonstrate leadership skills and abilities to organize work, set prioritize and meet deadlines

- Develop & Execute Go to Market strategy

REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably Should have worked in Consumer Durable / FMCG

- Previous exposure to and comfort with managing the responsibilities listed above.

- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to embrace both the big picture and the details with strong project and people management skills

- High sense of accountability and integrity

- Candidate should be able to manage complete marketing and PR activities

- Candidate should be aggressive and should think out of the box.

- Organized self starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit

- 9-10 years of marketing experience, at least 4 years in a leadership role

Compensation : Best in the Industry. (Negotiable)
