Sr Manager - Marketing Analytics - BFSI
- Analyze data from multiple sources, across channel, including social, mobile, call center, email and web to provide a more holistic view of the customer, identify quality leads and actionable insights.
- The role will work closely, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to support reporting, analysis and connect actionable insights to business strategy.
- He / She will help develop a service model that will build deep capabilities in: reporting, testing and optimization, measurement and customer segmentation to service regional business needs across the globe.
