Position : Senior Manager (Market Planning)

Location :Cochin / Tamil Nadu ( Chennai)

Senior Manager applicant with an exposure to TELECOM / Telecommunication Domain

Qualification : MBA from top TIER 1 / TIER 2 Business School.

Experience : Must have POST QUALIFICATION experience 4 + Years .

Age : Must be around 30 Yrs (+/- 2 Yrs)

Job Description :

- To develop, manage and implement programs in TELEMEDIA to enhance acquisition – numbers through value for money products.

- To work along with Zonal teams, ensure implementation of Acquisition strategy and delivery of Acquisition target.

- Connect to market and close competition tracking to ensure Acquisition product are relevant, competitive and in line with “Mark to Market” target.

- Product Mix decisions

- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products.

- Ensure smooth roll out of new products.

- Develop Segmented products to cater diverse age group, income segment, geography other usage behavior.

- Acquisition Strategy and Monthly Plan

- Develop Acquisition strategy for the circle with a view on Competition, Geography, Segment, Trade and Cost. Plan Monthly activities – Schemes, targets to deliver acquisition targets.

- Quality of Acquisition

- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products with a target to ensure that maximum gross add convert into revenue enhancing customers. . Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.

- To ensure delightful customer purchase experience.

- Supporting & Driving Zonal Acquisition

- Providing Zonal level Acquisition targets. Decisions on Enablers to be provided to zonal teams for delivering Zonal Acquisition target.

- Daily Tacking on Zonal acquisition numbers and supporting with tactical plans.

- Revenue From New Customer

- Deliver on correct Acquisition Mix (customers acquired on different products) in order to ensure targeted revenue from new customers.
