- Facilitating talent review discussions, development planning and people planning and movement.

Leadership Development

- Technical leadership development program for senior technical resources.

- Leadership development program for middle management.

Career Planning and Development

- Facilitation of the Career Management practice, based on the Protean Career concept, enabling career planning and development initiatives.

Performance Management System

- Define, align, structure and communicate the performance objective setting, performance conversation and performance review process.

- Develop and sustain high-impact development plans.

HR Transformation

- Build understanding of business needs and strategic priorities.

- Design HR Business Partner role and manage change to new HR structure.

- Build Business-Aligned HR priorities.

- Measure and monitor the success of HR initiatives.

Role based Interventions

- Role analysis and Role clarification exercises.

Learning Initiatives

- Managerial development programs like policy training, training for hiring, executive communication, manager essentials, etc.
